Hi Everyone

Just got my "S9 Autoset" (1100 euros ). My Doctor wants me to send him my "data" every 2 weeks, but no mention of where to get the Software.

In the forum it is told that version 4.3 is tha latest?

Could anyone provide a link to the Software? I dont know where else to look for it .

Is there something i should know before i install it on my pc?

I have Win7 home premium 64-bit. All tips and suggestions are welcomed..

Works fine on Win 7 64 bit...I believe also works fine on Win 8.xxx

Just make sure to watch the video...the install is easy...using it takes some education.

I have both the S8 and S9. Historically, the store I purchased the units form review the data with me every 6 months or so. The last time I made an appointment, the "technician" (I think new owner) rudely told me that he WILL CALL me when he wants to see me, in say 24 months when my insurance will approve the purchase of a new machine; and I should not contact them beforehand to waste their time.

My doctor does want the data for my quarterly check-ups but he does not have the means to read the machines either. Can some kind soul here provide me with the link to the software. Thank you very much for any help in advance. Also, do I need a card reader to read the data card or a cable to connect machine to computer?

For the S8 machine that uses a smart card...yes, you need that special Resmed card reader..nothing else will work.
Sometimes I have seen it on EBay...$75 to 100 from Israel...only source that I have seen in years
I wouldn't buy it. What can be seen on the machine's LCD screen is sufficient for most people.

I would just use the S9 and the SD card that the S9 has.
If your computer has a slot for the SD card then you need nothing else.
If no slot...then a cheap generic card reader/adapter so you can use one of the USB ports is all you need.

When doing the install unless your are going to use the S8 smart card drivers...don't install any of those options. It pops up as a choice for you. Ignore it if you are only going to be using SD card.

I found no difference at all anywhere. Certainly not in the reports.
Probably some minor bug fix or a change in something that affects DME office stuff.
But check for yourself...PM sent
