General Insurance or big discount medical/dental

I apologize for this being off topic, but since everyone here obviously have dealt with doctor visits/lab/test/DME it seems like a great place to start my search.

I am a collage student, unemployed, and need help expecially with a cavity. and just general medical help.
I got NO health/dental insurance and need help getting a cavity taken care of.

What can i do to search for either real cheap care or a low cost insurance that has decent coverage,
idk how to aproach this, my parents are out of touch...
