Either you chose the wrong equipment or whatever you are using is no longer sold.
Especially true with the Respironics equipment as it is real easy to choose the wrong machine and humidifier because of Respironics wanting to use Remstar in their product name. People get a new PR System One machine and see Remstar on the machine and look in the Remstar section of the equipment drop down menu. They choose from "Remstar" and all those links are broken.
Tell us the exactly model name and number if it has one (on Respronics machines a 3 digit number on the bottom of the blower unit) and then we can tell you if you either made an incorrect choice or the links is indeed broken...when that happens we suggest just manually adding the equipment to your comments section...see mine where I have add my PR S1 660 machine.
