That does not say "illegal" or "banned" to use. You are reading words into it that are not there nor meant to be. It means they will pose some restrictions unless the FDA say its not to be done.
I believe the "quoted" words are simply made up. 333sps showed the citation to the full text of the law. It isn't there. There is no point debating whether it is as bad as it looks, or how it might be overcome, or why Congress might pass such a law. It didn't. We can all read. The thread is a discussion of a falsehood.
Thanks PST, we needed you here! End of discussion!.

This is the OP. I'm surprised at how many people actually believed me. The law I cited says nothing about females. I'm going to have to leave and find another forum because it's just way too easy to troll here. You guys even believed the Homeless Guy thread (which was not me, I had nothing to do with that, but I did read with amusement how you guys believe someone who walks barefoot in sub-freezing snow and ice and has not lost their legs due to frostbite). I also found it funny how none of you seem to know you cannot operate a CPAP in freezing cold. There is no way that homeless troll could use a CPAP in the winter outdoors.

Take care everyone I'm done here! Have a wonderful day

Yes, there is a certain amount of initial trust and belief of people that post here by forum members that want to help other people, and that carries over to political postings, initially. And yes, you can easily take advantage of that, and it just wastes your time and everyone else's time, and makes people less trusting of those that really need and deserve it. So have a good day, please do go somewhere else and see what mistrust and noise you can cause elsewhere.

Thanks for leaving.

Well, I owe Mollete an apology. Anyone who deliberately trolls on this forum to get a rise out of people deserves the treatment that he provided.

Are you sure we are running a little short? I seem to have had to deal with more than what I thought was my fair share here lately.
Isn't it a little early for the normal full moon trolls/assholes/idiots to find their way here? I know we have our usual resident nut jobs but there seems to be an unusually large number of additional new trolls/assholes/idiots hanging around lately.
Maybe after Halloween they will fade back into obscurity .....well, we can hope.

Sunday morning at its best... I've seen plenty of dumb ass threads here, but this one takes the cake. I guess the OP is dressing as a troll for Halloween.

At least the poor, homeless guy's thread gave me something to think about for a minute or two. OP get a life... why not try to figure out how to help poor guy. Hey.. maybe the two of you can move in together. The poor guy's toes won't freeze... and the two of you can become the Troll Twins.

Sure there is.......you just plug them into a currant bush.

I figgered this was a hoax when I first read the initial title of the thread.

I'm with Den on viewing the thread right from the beginning as a hoax. In fact, I have to admit to being somewhat bewildered, and disappointed really, that so many members took it as real. We need to be a little bit skeptical about such overtly antagonistic posts.

Now about the homeless thread. I still haven't decided it the guy is real or not. As others have pointed out there are a lot of contradictory aspects about what he has written, but much is plausible. We may not want to admit it, but I believe there are many folks out there who were successful at one time but have sent to the financial pit of hell by economic conditions of the past 20 to 30 years. Sorting out the fakes from the real, when it comes to the homeless and economically disadvantaged, is a challenge for churches and other social aid organizations. We're seeing it first hand here with that thread.
