Difference in slimline hose and climate line hose for s9

I recently placed and order for supplies with my DME and the Lady asked if my Hose was grey or Orange. I said Orange but after going back and looking the Hose is Grey. Hope I didn't make a Mistake in ordering the Orange Hose. I am sure it will work with the s9 auto set but was just curious. Anyone know what the difference is ?

Hi Danny -- It sounds like you ordered the Climateline hose which does have an orange tab at one end and some orange inside the connector. Is that what you wanted? It will work with your S9. The difference is that the Climateline is a heated hose which attaches to the S9 humidifier in the back, rather than directly to the machine (the blower part).

He ClimateLine hose has a heating element in it. So along with your heated humidifier you will have a heated hose as well. As soon as you connect the hose to the machine it will give you the option to change the heating temp. on your home screen.
