Anew and Swift FX Nano Masks are here

Post by 49er » Tue Sep 03, 2013 9:16 am

Just received notice from cpap.com that the above masks are available for sale on their site.

Lots of new toys to try.

Does look comfy....but.....I wonder how how it would be.

If anyone tries it, please let me know!

I want both. I will have to wait a bit but eventually I will have both. The SW Anew I think will be my new favorite FF mask. I am afraid to try the Nano until I find out how it actually fits. I have to use the Large Wisp when I normally use a medium. I need to know if I will need the Large on the Nano before I order.

Posted this in the other thread but will post it here also.

There's a template for sizing the Nano cushion

I'm in need of a mask and the Anew is tempting, but I'm concerned about possible leaks and rebreathing issues which may occur at “low pressure”. Does anyone know what minimum pressure is required for the Anew to fully inflate and vent properly?

And also, what pressure it too high for the Anew to get a good seal? My DME told me this morning that I would not be able to get a good seal at my pressure of 17cm on any of the cloth masks.

Tested and approved for pressures 4 through 30 cm.
Go to the FAQ link above for other questions and answers.

Wonder if the Anew is lighter than it looks? Want to see a review on that one *smile*.

Same here Roger.

By the way, I thought I needed this mask yesterday but fortunately, I have some other options to work with. Good thing.
