Resmed H5i Humidifier Questions

I got my new S9 Autoset, which is a great step up from my trusty ole S8 Elite... but, the humidifier settings are confusing. I'm not using the ClimateLine tubing, so I can't set temperatures (I don't think). The Clinician Climate Control options available are Auto or Patient. With either Climate Control setting I still see just Off to 6.0 Humidity Settings. I'd appreciate a little insight, the Resmed site isn't any help.
