Where are you? US?

I have been waiting for this mask too -- looks less cumbersome than the wisp, and I'm just not doing good with my Swift FX.
I'm in Canada, the Nano has been available since early June, but its only now becoming readily available through the brick and mortar stores.

First impressions............so far i love this mask. As a relative newbie to the whole cpap process i only have a couple of masks to compare to the nano. The only other nasal mask i have used is the Resmed ultra mirage II, which was adequate. The nano is lighter, more comfortable, and less intrusive. The minimalist head gear is very comfortable and did not move all night, before i was having to adjust the head gear several times a night. This mask is very easy to breath through and is quiet. Once its been on for a few minutes you don't even realize its on your face. I'm a side sleeper and this did not dislodge the mask at all. Overall i found the mask very comfortable and easy to use, time will tell after i have a chance to use it continuously for several weeks. Will post any quirks or tips as i spend more time with the mask.

Can you confirm if the Nano hose can fit on the Swift FX pillow? I have a question for you regarding the new Swift FX "NANO" nasal mask.

Question:
The hose on the Nano nasal mask it the thing that interests me the most. As I love the Aloha's ball joint swivel, but prefer the Swift FX pillows and headgear. But if the Nano and FX pillow HOSES are interchangeable (the same) so that Swift FX pillow fits on the Nano's ball joint hose....I'd buy a Nano hose just to swap out the hose for my FX. I love the way the Aloha's ball-joint hose moves around as I'm a stomach sleeper (moves up and down as well as side to side).

Has anyone tried this? If not....I'd like to send one of you Nano Nasal users an old Swift FX pillow to see if it fits on your Nano hose.

I am not sure I am answering your question properly but the Swift Fx headgear appears to be the same as the Nano headgear and the hose attaching to the Swift FX is the same type of hose that attaches to the Nano. If my new Nano fits to my FX headgear and to the FX hose, than I think it goes without saying that the Nano hose that fits the Nosepiece will also fit to the Swift FX Nasal Pillow attachment. Unless your using a very old Swift Fx, but I was using this one

http://1800cpap.com/resmed-swift-fx-cpa ... MgodpmYAng

and the Nano nose piece attaches in place of the Nasal pillow attachment.

Hope that helps, it appears to be fully interchangeable

I've had the Nano for about a week. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea about five years ago but could never find a mask that didn't leave marks all over my face and finally with a new machine (ResMed S9) and this mask, I do much better in my compliance. I have found that, with this mask, it is critical for me to have the hose elevated to keep the mask from leaking at the bridge. If the hose isn't elevated its weight pulls downward and causes air leaks into my eyes. It took/takes a little getting used to but no red marks all over my face in the AM so I'm feeling much better about it.

PS-Anyone know why the Nano isn't listed as a mask option for the user profiles?

Any and all of the equipment items shown available in the drop down menus are directly tied to any products that cpap.com offers (cpap.com hosts this forum) and if cpap.com doesn't have it available for sale then there won't be an option to choose that item.

The Swift Nano is not widely available and cpap.com hasn't had a chance to add it to its inventory.
You have something that is really new and not normally available yet in the US market place...where did you get it? It's been available in other countries for a little while but not here in the US.

I got it at Asbury Medical Supply in OKC. Used it for my sleep study last week and got it a week ago today. I didn't realize just how new it was. Feel lucky to have it now!

It's probably in the demo stage then. A few places getting it to try it out. Usually means it won't be too much longer before it is released to the general market...so more DMEs will get it and online retailers will also have access to it.
My DME what "what" when I asked about it.
Nothing new, he is the last to find out about a new product.

I got an email from 1800cpap.com saying you can pre-order the mask now and it comes in standard or wide.

Thanks. I rec'd a standard for trial purposes. I'd like to try a wide to see if it fits better.

Tried the Nano, standard, again the last couple of nights. I used the tube from my FX pillow instead of the tube that came with the Nano. For me that seemed to work the best. The Nano certainly is comfortable.

Standard or wide; hmm, sounds like the Mirage FX.
Given my luck with Resmed masks (except the Swift FX), I think I'll not be in a rush.

Did you not like the ball/joint swivel? As I love the SwiftFX but love the Aloha ball/joint swivel.
