Periodic Breathing

Post by snash1039 » Sat Aug 17, 2013 3:06 am

Hi,
I noticed today when I checked my respronics phillips cpap machine that my
periodic breathing is 1%. I never had this before. Should I be concerned?

Any comments greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Thank you guys. What percentage level do I need to be concerned about?

I only got a little concerned after I had three nights with 15 minutes or longer in CS breathing with pauses in breathing longer than 60 seconds. I'm getting ready for an ASV titration to see if an ASV machine will help.

This level is not any where near panic mode, just a little concern - that's all.
