aura vs breeze?
I love my breeze, but it pulls at my nostrils(lol)
to anyone who has used both--is there a difference in how the aura feels in terms of the nose?? Thanks:)

I don't have both, but RG has said that the Aura pillows are much softer. And she ranked her favorites in order as:
Aura
CL2
Breeze
Swift
I haven't seen her around today, so I responded. Hope I got it right.

Loved my Breeze too, but like the Aura (Headrest) and CL2 better. Swift is rightfully popular with many people -- much better for sleeping on one's back than the Breeze is.
Yep, Linda, that's the order in which I personally like them.
I'd swap the Breeze and Swift back and forth if I were recommending them to someone else...depending on whether they ever slept on their back. If so, Breeze would drop down to the bottom.

yeah, its wierd, the swift was the first mask i got and it was instant dislike for me-yuk. I even decided the other nite to give it a try and in 2 minutes it was off. Love the breeze but it is making my nose sore. Im seriously thinking about ordering an aura. i have a scrip for a cpap--do i need a scrip for a mask to order that as well??

My insurance won't with billmyinsurance.com either. For me it wasn't worth the bother to go through insurance the first time as my out of network deductible is so high and my DME didn't have that mask. For the second time around I had my DME order the mask and then insurance picked up half the cost....YIPPEE!!!!! I found out my DME could order my mask by accident, and glad that I did. Masks can be quite an expense.

Check with your insurance company to see if THEY require a new prescription every year. Mine does, which is Tricare.
Billmyinsurance.com does not deal with Tricare. However, I was still able to purchase my equipment myself and then submitted my bill to Tricare for reimbursement. No problems.
Cpap.com does not require a prescription for you to buy masks. But, if your insurance company does, then you won't get reimbursed from them.
So Check.

I'm primarily a side sleeper and sometimes back sleeper. Occasionally even a semi-tummy sleeper. Active toss'n'turn sleeper, for sure.Anonymous wrote:I have heard the the cl2 moves around too much if you are a side and back sleeper.
The ComfortLite 2 stays put for me....but.... as with almost every mask I use, I put a good old homemade, soft, stretchy strap somewhere across the front to give that leeetle bit of extra "you stay RIGHT THERE" stabilizing to just about any interface.
When I add the strap, it's usually either up at eyebrow level or down across the nostril openings level...or, occasionally between those two areas. A homemade strap can turn unusable leaky masks into "the best one yet."
