Encore Basic

Just moved to windows 7 and Encore Basic from XP and EncoreViewer. Basic and card reader installed ok. Getting error message saying that my "old" card data doesn't match the new patient. Do I need to get a new card, reinitialize the old one or can I synch them up somehow? Thanks.

Just proceed with the download and that will normally "assign" the card to the chosen patient. I got that myself just a couple of days ago after using it for weeks and not doing a thing to it.
So just ignore the message and tell it to download anyway. Should work. If not, you can assign the card...there's a tab for that choice
right below the message you see...it's dark blue/gray and hard to see.
