Not with such sporadic usage that is so brief and it is impossible to know if he was even asleep or not.
The detailed daily graphs are a better tool for viewing and evaluating the data. Do you have the detailed reports available?
The default download is for this summary only with ResScan. You have to tell it to get "all daily details" to get the other graphs.
AHI is showing 0.0 but that's not a particularly good tool when usage (and leaks) are sub optimal. He may not be asleep (so we wouldn't expect much activity in the events department if he was awake.

SleepyHead might show things a little more easily in its detailed graphs.

The leaks need to be gotten under control.

In this case, if I remember correctly, others and I have suggested your brother might do better by wearing the mask powered up during the day while doing something relaxing like reading or watching videos. That way, you can watch to make sure the mask stays on and he can get used to having the mask on. Some of us have found it easier to stop removing the mask during sleep if we get used to wearing it while conscious.
