Cpap Machines
In looking at your site, it is very lax in everything. Limited cpap, bipap and auto adjusting cpaps, and very, very limited accessories. Where are the filters and hoses and chinstraps?? There is no information about the owners of the company like names, no 800 phone number, or live people to talk to. And what about shipping, how do you ship, and will you ship international?
It looks as if an order for a machine is not processed for at least 2 days. And answering questions by email only! Come on, people want information, and want it quickly. They want to speak with someone that can answer questions and make recommendations and suggestions.
I will stay with cpap.com, or cpaponline.com, as I know who they are, where they are, and I can talk to them 6 days a week on thier dime (the 800 number). They ship same day, and have the products in stock!!
