S9 stopped providing daily data. Can i reset my machine?
So. I have tried 2 sd cards now and I still have the same issue. ResScan gives me Summary Graphs and Statistics but when I click on Detailed Graphs it just says no data is available. This is for all daily graphs going back a year! This just happened out of the blue about a month ago. No idea how to get it to give me the detailed daily data again. Reformatted both cards didn't help. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Try SleepyHead. ResScan is sort of psychotic about what it downloads and doesn't download.
Unplug (not turn off) the S9 machine. Sometimes they get squirrely.
Be sure that "Sleep quality" is on in the clinician's menu.
Check under the bed for one of Pugsy's aliens.

Be sure that the card is completely inserted all night. If you keep the card out and only insert it in the morning you will not get detailed data. It must be in all night in order to capture the detail.
