Bummer.... No messages on how/where to upload your data or access to previously uploaded data?

You would have thought that they would have posted a "This site will be shutting down on" warning beforehand.

But if you did your homework, you knew it was coming anyways.

Still hoping that some company will snatch it up; but they would probably want monthly fee$. Phooey!
No way I would ever be happy with some lame little bracelet--especially cloud-dependent!
Maybe my son can use my Zeo as a smart alarm clock. I never used that feature.
Cpap has given me the ability to wake up bright-eyed and bushy every morning, even when I don't need/want to.

This is the last time I buy anything that depends on downloading to a cloud to see what you've got. If it doesn't have a program that I can install on my computer to see my results I don't want it. I guess they made their money and ran.

If only that were true. More like they lost all their money and died.

It is possible to get quite a bit of information directly from the console of the bedside model.
whether or not you care about "lucid dreaming", the video shows lots of stuff on the display.

A sad moment for sure.

As long as you were using 2.6.3O or 2.6.3R, you can still get all your old data off of your card. If you're not using 2.6.3O or 2.6.3R, you clearly should now!

I can get the data - I really wish I had the program on disc, though, instead of in the cloud. I really don't like that more and more companies are doing this. It keeps the control of all the accumulated data in their control.

I'm just sorry to see the end.

When professional software/files are in the cloud; any little glitch in the system means everyone is down until it gets corrected.
We couldn't work for over a day because some boob ran a Ditch Witch through a mess of fiber.
Then it really WAS a mess!

With the 2.6.3O firmware, the data is written unencrypted to the SD card. All of the required data is there such that a program could be written to:
  • Display the sleep staging graph
  • Display all other information such as the sleep score, time in each stage, etc.
  • Generate the same Excel file that the Zeo site used to allow you to export
  • That Excel file is what Sleepyhead uses to import and coordinate with your CPAP data
I'm an Electrical Engineer and computer programmer, I own my own IT business. I was considering writing something like this when I heard about Zeo shutting down, and I'd still like to, but I don't know if I have the time.

Since the 2.6.3O firmware would be necessary for this, I'm somewhat reluctant. If I offered the software, I'd probably need to offer the 2.6.3O firmware build also, and I'm not sure of the legal ramifications of hosting that file, since the Intellectual Property is still an asset of the Zeo corporation.

Still, it's compelling to think about getting this written, since it would retain a lot of the usefulness of the Zeo units without any need for the Zeo website.

I wonder if you could build it with the 2.6.3O - but yank it when you publish it with the statement that this has to be part of the program or the program won't work? (Like they did with the viewer?) That would negate your liability - since what's been done IS open source - putting the responsibility for who has the firmware back into the hands of the people who have it legitimately?

I think that SleepyHead can display Zeo data.

Sleepyhead used the excel file that zeo would convert from the dat file. That's how I used it, was importing this file to my apnea data on sleepyhead - VERY useful.

I don't have enough knowledge to figure out how to build something that will convert my dat files now. I wish they moved the site to subscription based and let us pay to use it.

Doesn't the open source zeo data decoder viewer (previous thread) already do that?
