Hi. I lurked here for a bit and then pretty quickly got sorted with my xPAP.
I never did get a sleep study (1+ month waitlist and cost were big factors) but with help from the archives here I got an AutoPAP with full data, card reader and oximeter (the oximetry data without xPAP was particularly alarming!). I lucked into a cheap upgrade and would like to sell the setup I used last fall.
Respironics DS510 with heated humidifier. Blower was used for 147 hours total.
Encore Smart Card
Smart Card reader
CMS50D+ recording fingertip pulse oximeter
Travel bag
Hose if you want it.
So everything but a mask (which you can buy without a prescription).
I'd like to get $300 + shipping for the whole package.
I'm in Reno this week, will be driving through Sacramento and Oakland next week, can easily ship next day after payment (Paypal, Amazon gift certificate).
Thanks, and sweet dreams.

Reduced to $275 (or make offer for some or all items). Thanks.

Anyone wondering what this 510 machine is...that would be the Respironics M Series APAP and will have either CFlex (older M series) or AFlex available in APAP mode. It normally says which Flex is offered on the machine itself.
There is software available that will still work with this machine's smart card and the smart card reader. Send me a PM for information on software.
This machine was replaced by the PR System One models...it doesn't do central flagging separately and it doesn't do RERA flagging and doesn't do wave form graphs but otherwise the reports are the same as the PR S1 machines.
OAs...hyponeas...leak line...pressure line...Flow limitations in APAP mode...and snores.
I used this type of machine when I first started cpap therapy. I have examples of the reports if any one wants to see what they looked like. In this thread.
