This is my sidekick Bagins -yeah, he's a hobbit. Image
Like the BMW, he's second hand (rescued animal) and his all black color is a bit speckled. He had little practice on the bike when picture was taken.

We have a lot of new people here...some of you may want to take a look at the adorable pet pictures here in this thread.
Guaranteed to make you smile.

I resurrected this thread so that I could introduce my new "little girl"...showed up at my house in the rain a couple of weeks ago...cold, wet and miserable. No collar. No one around here knows anything about her. I live out in the country...can't believe someone would just dump this precious little girl....Running up and down the road for about 3 hours before she decided I was a nice person who could be trusted. Not a young dog but a loving little thing and unless someone comes to claim her...she's mine now.

Meet Lola...the latest addition to my "zoo".
Fresh from a day at the spa.

Oh Pugsy! How gorgeous! Lucky you and lucky her!

One thing did occur to me though... hate to mention it, but... have you had a vet check her for a chip? Just in case she got inadvertently lost and some kid is waiting for her to come 'home'? Knowing you, you probably did, but... you know.

No chip, no collar, was a mess as she hadn't been groomed in quite a while and when it was done...home job..very ragged.
I checked craigslist for lost dogs since the time she showed up...nothing anywhere around here.
Also not spayed....yep, in heat this past week. Sarge wants to be her new best friend and we can't have Pug/Shih Tzu puppies..so they are kept separated right now. Of course Lola is sexually frustrated and you should see her mount the kittens that showed up about the same time she did...in fact the same day. Not only does she like girls..she likes cats. Funnier than all get out to watch. I really need to get a video of it.
I am pretty sure Shih Tzu from the pictures on the web.
