my encore question

Every thing seems to work fine, but my encore will only give me about
8 days of data and I can not seem to change that... even changing
settings in preferences ... it just changes it back

am i doing something wrong

Nothing wrong Wolftracker. Encore software only gives 6 or 7 days of detailed data. After that the previous data is overwritten so if you want to keep a log of your detailed data you need to download at least every 6 to 7 days to have a continuous run of data. Otherwise you have gaps of missing data.

Sorry Wolftracker if you meant MyEncore instead of Encore then you need to change the start and end dates and then that should give you all of your data. If you tried that then I am at a loss

I just can not get myencore to show more the 8 days.

I think I remember (?) someone once suggesting that uninstalling and re-installing the MyEncore software would fix that. Might be worth a try.

it still starts on 18 may, when encore has data from
13 may.

it will not look at anything before 18 may

any other thoughts ... pls???

This is off the top of my head (and the top of my head often leads me astray), so consider the source here. Maybe it will ring a bell with someone who has a better memory than mine.

Didn't someone write a while back that if some settings are changed via the software program that you lose some of the data?

Wolftracker, did you change any of your pressure settings about that time?

I changed setting on the 20th...
data show for the 18
encore shows all data from the 13
myencore only from the 18 only

and i changed setting via the machine

darn i never thought it would be this hard

Albert,
MyEncore should show all data stored in the Encore Pro database. I suggest that you look at the dates before 10/11 in Encore Pro and make sure that you have detailed data reports for those days and not just compliance data.
How many downloads show on your "Interaction List" in Encore Pro? I suspect that what you are seeing is just the 7 or so days of detailed data that the card can hold.

I only got the reader last week so I missed the first week of detailed
data.
