anyone have a full face mask they don't use?

I'm looking to try it out but not sure if it will work for me. I've heard of alot of people who have used one and been unsuccessful. Looking for an economical way to experiment.

Appreciate any offers or suggestions.

I'm not certain. I've never tried a full face mask before. I thought it was different for each style of mask though. I think there is a sizing chart online for the quatro, I'll try to measure this evening using that to get an idea.

I have a new Quttro FX (size Large) that has only been used once for less than two hours......cleaned and put back in the factory bag - - it was an expensive mask but I am willing to sell it for a bit less than half the retail price.

If someone is looking at a full face mask in the ResMed line there are templates that can be downloaded and printed out for more accurate measurements.
It's limited to just a couple but a starting point.

cpap.com used to have some sizing instructions but I can't seem to find them now. Anyone know if they are still available?
We used to be able to take measurements and convert to size needed.
Now all I see is a sizing guide for some masks...now I found this for the comfort full 2 and it has a sizing gauge on the right that is downloadable.

I would suggest looking at each full face mask at cpap.com and then click on the sizing guide link (sort of upper right) and see where it takes you. Some are templates and some are just fitting guides.

This is for the Quattro FF but you you can probably find templates for other masks too. I have a Medium Quattro you can have although it's been used quite a few times. I may also have a used Ultra Mirage FF Med (my husband's mask of choice).

We measured me tonight and it looks like I am a medium for the quattro. Not sure if the Ultra is the same sizing. If you would be willing to send it to me so that I could try it out that would be so kind of you. I would of course pay any expenses involved.

Just so you know, the Ultra Mirage, Mirage Quattro, and Quattro FX are 3 different full-face masks.

Sizing may vary between masks even those from the same manufacturer.

I agree...I wear a Med Quattro. The Med Quattro FX was too small for me...I would need a Lg.

Not being a male myself, I'm not sure how the sizing on different masks would relate to you but: My Mirage Quattro FF is a size Small and my Devilbiss Silicone FF is a sign Medium. I think that the forehead piece for each of these masks make for a more stable fit especially if you sleep on your side. Once while I was at the DME, the RT tried a Quattro FX size Small on me and I felt like it was blocking the very edges of my nostrils. It seems that getting the proper sized mask is not cut and dried and there are so many variables.
