best nasal pillow?
I'm looking for a nasal pillow. Can you suggest one for me?

There are so many to choose from:
Many here have worn the Swift FX or the Swift FX for Her--or even with Bella loops.
And there are so many more. Fit varies, but there is probably one here for you:

You will just have to try one that seems interesting to you. What one person might love another person might just totally just hate. We are all going to promote the one that we happen to like the best (and use) but it may not be the best for you for some reason or another.
They all have some pros and cons. It's that way with any mask. My pros might be your cons though. I don't like routing the short hose up between my eyes and over my head. I just find it annoying but someone else might really want that feature to be easy to do.
If you go to cpap.com and look at the return insurance for masks...the higher the return insurance will usually indicated a higher rate of return from a dissatisfied user.
So the "best" one is the one that works best for you. You can check out the one I use. I do use the Bella Loops about half the time and the traditional headgear the other half. The Loops are harder to get tweaked just right but once they are fine tuned for fit...it's like wearing nothing. The traditional headgear is a lot more forgiving in regards to fit and seal. Doesn't have to be quite so perfect. Though the Loops (once fine tuned) are just amazing to wear in terms of "nothing on the face".
In terms of stability...the Aloha is probably a little more stable but there's more "stuff on the face"....not a deal breaker though. For me it runs a close second to my Swift FX.
The Pilairo...nice mask but that one strap sized to fit everyone...doesn't always fits everyone so great. It tends to run a bit small and when it is too tight it can make your nose feel like you have run into someone's fist. It did me and I don't have a particularly large head.

The best one is the one that fits comfortably - which is specific to you.
Swift FX as mentioned is a good starting one.

Re: best nasal pillow?
If you go to cpap.com and click on "masks" and then "nasal pillows" you can check the customer reviews on all the available nasal pillow masks. That will give you a good idea about what people think of each nasal pillow mask.
You will then have to settle on one and try it. It may work for you and it may not but there may be another nasal pillow mask that will suit you. As with all masks, it is trial and error to find the one for you.
I mostly use the Aeiomed Headrest but it is no longer being made. I stocked up on parts when it was available so I will be able to use it for many years. I did adapt it by changing the headgear and using headgear from another mask.
I also like the Aloha and the Pilaro and use both of those sometimes but, as Pugsy said, the Pilaro, while it is supposed to be "one size fits all", does not work well for many people.

Re: best nasal pillow?
I am currently trialling a Fisher and Pykel Eson nasal mask. So far so good. Prior to this have been using swift fx and also very good.
