Tell me about Sleepyhead, please.

Post by CPAPhope » Sat Feb 16, 2013 1:20 pm

Hey, kiddos,
I have figured out that the last time the RT adjusted my pressure, he did not lock my machine. Woo-hoo! Now, is Sleepyhead a program I can use to see my own readings? Do I need any special cables, etc.? Where will I find Sleepyhead, and will it work on my Mac? (My glucose meter won't, I had to get Windows to run it.)
Thanks for any info you can give me; I'm kind of computer literate, but not a whiz kid.

SleepyHead has a Mac version.
If it has a SD card slot then you don't need anything else. If it doesn't have a SD slot then all you need is a little generic card reader/adapter so you can use one of the USB ports.
See my signature line for various links that explain SleepyHead along with a download link.

Though I do need to know if your machine has a SD card.
Does your humidifier really look like this one in your profile link
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/19

That humidifier and machine that uses it was discontinued in 2006.

Look on the bottom of your machine and tell us the 3 digit model number you see...it's on the same sticker as an 8 digit number which is year/month/date manufacture code.

Only the PR System One machines have a SD card.

SleepyHead is a good way to go. I believe it supports your system, too. I just posted a ton of data if you'd like to see what it looks like. Take a look: viewtopic/t86739/Weekly-Status.html
