Epley Maneuver. Several different vids on Youtube. Even a very expensive tube thingy you clip to a cap.
Good luck. I tried turning--got to go slow. It works if you go slow enough. I had to do it twice.

been doing the Eply for 11 days now, the cpap presure seems to trigger the dizzyness? Im becoming frantic, enough is enough. Just wondered if this could be a common problem, but looking at the replys I guess not. Thanks for posting though,

Re: dizzyness? BPPV?
I suppose it wouldn't be impossible for cpap pressure to travel from the airway to the inner ear via the Eustachian tubes.

That's a different problem than BPPV though with the little crystals getting out of whack. My husband has BPPV and doesn't use cpap machine.
Probably need to talk to your doctor about things. You aren't the first to complain of vertigo seemingly happening after cpap therapy. It isn't common though.

Re: dizzyness? BPPV?
Has a dr diagnosed this as BPPV? You may need to see a good ENT. A number of years ago, my then primary care dr diagnosed me with probable BPPV. After a lot of dizziness & trouble, nausea, vomiting, etc, I saw an ENT who diagnosed me with Meiniere's Disease, bilaterally (both ears).
I've lived with it for years, just after diagnosis I went thru physical therapy for my balance, they taught me balance techniques, some which worked, some didn't. After a while in therapy, the techniques became more complicated & I could not tolerate them (basically they were causing the nausea to worsen).
Now I look back & see I use most of the techniques in everyday life. I remember they said they do the same therapy with BPPV patients & patients with other types of balance disorders.
IMHO I think it may be time for you to get a solid diagnosis & perhaps some PT. The ENT could either diagnosis a problem that could be CPAP related, or perhaps inner ear related. Hopefully the diagnosis will be easy, ENT's today have a lot of tests & tools available to them in terms of daignostic tests to determine your problem & help with treatment.
I hope all goes well, let us know what happens.

Yes, that's the first two moves of the Epley maneuver, aka the Dix-Hallpike test. If the room doesn't start spinning when you do this, you don't have BPPV, and doing the rest of the Epley maneuver won't make any difference.
If you do get dizzy for Dix-Hallpike, try holding some sort of vibrator (doesn't need to be strong) on your temple for a few minutes and do the EM again.
If the problem were otoliths, I don't see how using CPAP would trigger it. I wonder if enough air could blow in through your eustachian tube and out a perforated eardrum to confuse your inner ear. How is your hearing?

Re: dizzyness? BPPV?
Lying in one position for unusually longer lengths of time than "normal"--
Would that maybe cause the otoliths to do something different?
(just a silly froggy guess--might even be counter-intuitive)

Re: dizzyness? BPPV?
When my CPAP pressure is too high I get BPPV. It goes away if I stop using my chin strap.
