You could move farther north.
Or you could move into Mammoth Cave, the temperature inside there is about 54 degrees all year around.

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

Re: Chiller Suggestions
My husband and I are the same way. The colder the better. We open our bedroom window most nights, unless it is bitterly cold and the wind is howling.
On warmer nights, we haven't found much that helps, I'm sorry to say. We use fans, but it doesn't cool the temperature of the air coming through the hoses.
We tend to deal with it if it's just a few nights of unusual warmer weather, but once it gets warm and stays warm, we use the AC.

Re: Chiller Suggestions
Would it work if you filled the humidifier with water and froze the whole thing?

This reminds me of Mr Freeze (a nemesis of Batman)
I need another comforter just thinking about it.

Any possibility of moving your bedroom to the basement (assuming you have one) my basement temp is probably 55 to 62 degrees. Not as cool as you'd like but much closer than upstairs.

no cave, have ceiling fan, no basement, believe that freezing the humidifier would cause a condensation problem.....may have to rethink about an external chiller in a styrofoam case or a 6 pack ice cooler loaded with ice using tubing as an air passage way to inlet of machine.....---FA

Re: Chiller Suggestions
You could also lengthen the hose (add another 6') and run it through a cooler full of ice, coiling it in the bottom of the cooler a couple times. Might get expensive for the ice though.freshair wrote:no cave, have ceiling fan, no basement, believe that freezing the humidifier would cause a condensation problem.....may have to rethink about an external chiller in a styrofoam case or a 6 pack ice cooler loaded with ice using tubing as an air passage way to inlet of machine.....---FA

Re: Chiller Suggestions
I am going to make up some "Chiller Paks".....a combination of alcohol and water and place them over the coiled tubing in my 6pk cooler.....I havn't found a "flat Top" yet, until then I'll use one of my battery carriers....once i have this in place I'll remove the humidifier and set my cpap on top of cooler-----TKS-FA
Re: Chiller Suggestions
Wow, you don't have to worry about "ice cube nose", do you? The one thing I hate to be cold is the air on my nose.

Upload the picture to photo hosting website like Photobucket. Copy the IMG address and paste in in the body of your post. You will see code. Click on preview to see if you see the image. If not, try again.freshair wrote:I forgot how to upload picture
If you use Photobucket...the last line in the little box of addresses is the one to copy/paste into the body of the post.
