Sleepyhead - Keeps Saying No Data - am I a SH dummy?

OK, I downloaded Encore Basic for hubby's new machine. All OK. I wanted the SleepHead software, since it is more detailed, and I got the download, then the software recognized his machine from the SD card, but says 'no data' no matter what I try, it cannot find data. I reopened the Encore, afraid his data had been lost, no its still there. I don't know what to try next. Suggestions?

The Sleepyhead software supports the PR System one, Resmed S9 series, and DeVilbiss Intellipap machines only. If you are using other machines it is probably not supported.

depends on what type of Respironics machine he's got... is it a 60 series?

Hi Jen!

I am sure Pugsy will be better help.

First if you are on a Mac wait for Pugsy or someone with a Mac to tell you the special procedures so that the Mac will not write on your SD card.

Probably you are in Windows - if so when you put the card in and note what it is called (drive e: for example). When you open SleepyHead one of the options will be to import data so press on that icon and the dialog will guide you. Simply select the drive and you should see SleepyHead doing the import. The first one will take a lot of time - be patient. After that the single day or two of data will take a lot less time.

At the moment I am in Linux and no time to re-boot to Windows so I may be sketchy on the details.

SleepyHead has been a life saver to me. I may need to travel to OZ just to thank JediMark myself! I hope I find the funds!!

probably the new machine is PRS1 60 series
you need to install the patch to work with 60 series machines

OK, what did you use to unzip - my 'temporary' winzip has expired. Any suggestions for another unzipping tool?

Windows should open a ZIP file but you can always get 7ZIP instead.
