Snoring
NoSlak,
What does that translate to in your Snore Index?
Also, what are your other numbers like.....apneas, hypopneas, leak rate, etc.
My Snore Index varied a lot until I bumped my pressure up from 10 to 12. That REALLY brought my Snore Index down.....maybe stopped a few more apneas (which had been increasing in March).....but I'm not sure by how much. Typically, I experienced some of my lowest AHIs on nights when my snores were higher......go figure.
If your other numbers look pretty good, then I wouldn't get too worried about the snores. On the other hand, if the other numbers are a little high, you might want to bump your pressure up a bit and see what happens.
Best wishes,
Den
