Nasal pillows were the most comfortable for me, until I got my élan.
The most agreeable chin strap for me is the thin strap sullivan with the straps split to stay up.

PS: inside out doesn't work as well as putting a scrap of baby fleece inside the cup.

The Innomed Hybrid keeps the chin up. Add a thin liner to the mouth cover to help absorb the sweat.Shadow2 wrote:Hi the weather in Australia is heating up and I just don't know if I will be able to tolerate the chin strap. This will be my first summer on cpap.

Some people put ice in their humidifier.
