Is this very bad?
Like others have said, it's low enough that it's worth considering CPAP (and perhaps losing weight, since weight is the most common cause of sleep apnea).

However, it's not severe. My aim is to have an AHI of 5 or lower every night because without the CPAP, my AHI is around 80+. So... yeah... seven ain't so bad.

So if the average O2 is 95% and the lowest recording was 88% does that mean that most of the night I was at 95 and only dropped when breathing stopped?

I just got home from my titration, my pressure is an 8. I also picked up my PEG from two weeks ago. My AHI was 90 with one OA event lasting 77 sec. I was told I responded well to cpap.

Some home studies use a chest effort belt.
