question about padacheek

Post by newbie wife » Thu Nov 15, 2012 8:23 am

For people who have ordered from them I was wondering how fast the shipping was and if you sent a question how quickly they responded. I ordered my husband a padacheek mask liner just about a week ago and was wondering how fast they usually ship but also I sent a question on Monday because I discovered what I think is my husband's problem with keeping the mask on to ask for product suggestions and have not got a response to my email. I was pretty sure I had heard how fast everything was with them and thought four days and email not answered didn't seem very fast to me. So I was just curious.

Give Karen a call, whenever I have called to ask a question, she is the one that answers.....Karen is an angel that will try and do whatever is needed to help us out with comfort problems. Usually she ships your product the same day you have ordered...the only time I have had to wait is if she is out of that particular liner.
Started cpap in 2010.. still at it with great results.

Hello newbie wife,

I am sorry if I missed your email. I do try to respond to all emails within a day. Sometimes I drop the ball. Please email me again, or call me after noon Eastern time today. I would love to hear from you, and help you with any of your concerns.
Karen

Nan, thank you for the kind words. I appreciate it so much.

I agree with Nan. I ordered my stuff (mask liners and strap covers for my Liberty) and I had it in my hands two days after I placed my order. The customer service is exceptional and I'm sure she would want you to call with any concerns.

BTW, I love both the products I ordered. Even if you have to wait a bit longer for some reason, it will be worth it in my opinion.

Hope this helps! Kat

I placed my order from here on a thursday & my liners were in my mailbox on Monday afternoon. Super fast delivery! Pad a cheek liners put me on the road to success in CPAP.
