i don't know if it works or not. I'll say reading all that junk sure put me to sleep. Read it when you can't sleep. Should take care of it.

Whether it really works or not, I don't know. Haven't tried it. I know that years ago I would use some self-hypnosis techniques to try to help me relax to fall asleep and that was partially successful.

Since you're listening to a CD, unless the sound of the CPAP and/or your mask breathing interfered, it should work -- if it works at all. I think it would be the noise from the CPAP that might interfere.

Just my theory.

But I don't keep a CD player in my bedroom, so I'll probably never try it.
