Has anyone tried this? Does it work with CPAP?

Speed Sleep CD
Whether it really works or not, I don't know. Haven't tried it. I know that years ago I would use some self-hypnosis techniques to try to help me relax to fall asleep and that was partially successful.
Since you're listening to a CD, unless the sound of the CPAP and/or your mask breathing interfered, it should work -- if it works at all. I think it would be the noise from the CPAP that might interfere.
Just my theory.
But I don't keep a CD player in my bedroom, so I'll probably never try it.
