Any chance you were awake during that time from roughly 4 to 5 ?

That one hour or so between 4 and 5 is a bit ugly. The rest of the night was really quite decent. A good part of your AHI appears to be CA events. That first cluster of CA events at the very beginning of the night you were probably awake so those events are in the AHI but really probably shouldn't be counted.
We can't see your AHI breakdown on this image but I suspect that it is heavily weighted with clear airway events from that first cluster and the 4 to 5 time frame.

My first thought would be some awake/semi awake breathing irregularities are inflating the numbers a bit.
This happens a lot with newbies it seems like. Let's face it, it takes a bit of time for the body to become adjusted to sleeping with this thing stuck on our face. The machine doesn't know if you are awake or asleep and it can and will flag awake/semi awake breathing irregularities as some sore of event.

Normally we just say watch things for a few nights to see if this pattern continues...especially for newbies.
Even if those clear airway events are the real deal we don't do anything about them unless they are in much greater numbers than what you are showing.

Your leak line looks real good. I would say just continue doing what you are doing and give things a bit of time to see if the breathing stabilizes a bit then you can more accurately evaluate what you see.

Did you have anything specific that you don't understand or were wondering about. There is a Glossary of terms link in my signature that might help with some possible questions.
Your machine reports total leak which is vent rate plus any excess leak. Don't panic when you see your leak numbers and try to compare your numbers with a ResMed report...S9 machine report excess leak only. Your leak numbers will always be much higher.

Thanks for you help here. I've actually been trying with cpap for a long time and am very comfortable with the mask on. I fell alseep within minutes of hitting the pillow.

When you have a chance could you update your equipment profile.
Your machine is the PR System One Pro CPAP with CFlex ...that link is broken in the equipment menu thing and won't show up if you choose it so just add it in your comments area.

Your humidifier would then be the PR System One heated humidifier.

If you update your equipment list it will avoid confusion later with people wondering what equipment you are using because the humidifier you are now showing hasn't been used in several years.
