O. T. My Cousin Sandy

Post by amos » Thu Oct 25, 2012 12:46 pm

Note to everyone in the Northeast:

My cousin Sandy is planning a visit to your area next week. Please note that she is very windy and has been known to break things.

Please be prepared and careful. I suggest having an alternate power source.

When in doubt, open the case. Remember: If you can't open it, you don't own it!

Prescribed APAP range - 6-10 cm/H2O, titrated at 8.
Current range - 9.0-11.5 cm/H2O - still searching for the magic "zero night" but averaging 2.2 AHI

I heard that Jim Cantore is packing his skin tight t-shirts and spending the weekend with Sandy . Not sure but I think Al Roker is a little jelous.

LOL

I heard she could turn into a cold you know what.

She is supposed to butt heads with a cold air mass coming from our Canadian neighbors.. and it wreak havoc in the NE!

I think Sandy is going to go the short way and not visit our mountains. I would love to meet her, but then again not let her stay too long. I hear she can be a bit obnoxious. What's that about her stealing the power as she goes by? I think I am safe, but we will break out the batteries just in case.

Thanks Amos for the heads up.

Karen

I hear her nickname is Frankenstorm. Is she a witch, also?

@ Amos - If Sandy is your cousin, I wouldn't want to meet your aunt or uncle, oh my!

It is truly awsome to watch the movement and development of storm clouds.
Stand outside when the sky is rolling about and it's hard not to feel religious--and a bit scared!

Do you remember my cousin Irene who came for a visit last year? I can assure you that my cousin Sandy is a lot bigger than my cousin Irene.
