Brick Data helps a little

Post by Js4tda » Thu Oct 18, 2012 2:49 am

I was very fortunate to have been pointed in the right direction on software for my Brick. I got to see what little data that was present for my therapy. It pretty much validated what I felt since beginning my therapy fifteen days ago. I used to get up at least three times a night to use the bathroom. I thought it was normal since being on the hose have not woken up once for the bathroom. I used to sleep late like two in the morning sometimes later. Now i want to sleep early just to get on therapy. The numbers of hours on the machine it showed me realized how much more sleep I was getting. I am averaging seven plus hours of sleep. I feel wide awake as soon as I get up in the morning. Cant wait to get my new auto machine to get more data to confirm how I feel and to tweak my therapy to get more results. Thank you guys for All your help.

Good to see someone whos treated successfully. Ive learned that those night awakenings can frequently be cpap, or they can be other issues such as adrenal problems, nighttime panic attacks, or just plain eating too late in your day. I guess it depends on the person.
