Re: using sleepyhead software: data not importing
Are you sure the importer is pointed to the root of your memorycard? If not, check it and try again.

Re: using sleepyhead software: data not importing
Thanks for responding Burkebang. Yes, I am fairly certain it is at the right directory because it picked up some of the information such as brand name, model number, and serial number. I did not enter that information, so it did read that from the root directory. But, it does not seem to read any thing else. I know the data is there because the binary files have all the dates I have used the machine since I started with CPAP two weeks ago. I wonder if the data is somehow password protected ?

Re: using sleepyhead software: data not importing
You haven't yet mentioned the make and model of the xPAP from which your data emanates, nor the version of Sleepyhead you are using, nor the operating system of your computer.freelsjd wrote:Thanks for responding Burkebang. If you stick around untill Pugsy shows up you're sure to get a reply. BTW, do you have the card inside the machine while the data is collected and you'r a sleep?freelsjd wrote:I have sleepyhead installed on my computer and it is not reading my data.

I also have problems with SH and even gave up on it. I use ResScan.

Re: using sleepyhead software: data not importing
I am new to this forum and have only used my CPAP machine about two weeks now.
I just edited my profile to include my machine information.
I have installed v0.9.2-2 beta of Sleephead just today from source on my Linux/Debian/Squeeze amd64 computer.
I copied the data from the SD card onto my hard drive. I can see the data does exist each day since I have had it.
I would like to try SleepyHead since it appears to be compatible with Respironics.

Re: using sleepyhead software: data not importing
Sleepyhead is not yet compatible with the new 60 series machines, but he is working on it. Encore will work, though.
Edit: not sure if Encore will work with your OS, but perhaps you also have access to a computer running Windows...

Welcome!
Now it seems we know what the problem is, and those more familiar with your equipment will be able to chime in and make pertinent suggestions.
Best wishes,
Nate

Re: using sleepyhead software: data not importing
I added model 560P to my "additional comments" profile. I am assuming this fits the machine category for "60 series" ?

Re: using sleepyhead software: data not importing
In which software did you add this bit of information? EncoreBasic doesn't care but it hurts nothing to have it there and SleepyHead still won't work.freelsjd wrote:I added model 560P to my "additional comments" profile. I am assuming this fits the machine category for "60 series" ?

Re: using sleepyhead software: data not importing
10/13/12. Hello & thanks to Mark for SleepyHead. I found it today, but can't get it to read data from the SD chip or hard-drive folder. I successfully upgraded to v0.92 tonight, too. I pointed the Import button to E: for the SD card. It appears to read my machine info: Respironics 460p, serial etc. But first Use and Last Use are blank.
And just above, however, is a warning: No CPAP Machine Data Imported.
I would sincerely appreciate your advice. I'm sure I'm doing something
dumb.
Here is the file structure on the SD card.

Re: using sleepyhead software: data not importing
Your machine is one of the new 60 series machines and they came out after SleepyHead so SleepyHead won't work with that model machine just yet.fredchu wrote: It appears to read my machine info: Respironics 460p,
I will send you a private message in a little bit with some information about a software that will work with your machine. So check your private message box.

Respironics PR System One REMstar Pro with C-Flex+ (460P)
Hi All..
I was hoping some one could assist me. I am new to the forum, and to CPAP.. Just received it, used twice, and the health provider, (believe or not) pulls the data via wifi.. My CPAP has a wifi adapter, which connects to a cell service..
Anyway, I have the same issue with Sleepyhead. I use a Macbook Pro by Apple, and installed the MAC version of Sleepyhead v0.9.2
I can see the data.. many files ######.001, and ######.002, ect.. I initially thought the data was encrypted, since it goes over the network, and should be secure..(HIPA)... But I ready the the forum, and see that some members sent private messages with info about another software that may be helpful..
Can any one assist?

Re: using sleepyhead software: data not importing
I don't have the specifics, but there is a patch for SleepyHead that makes it accomodate the 60 series machines.
Someone with the link to the patch will be by shortly.
And if I remember correctly, when installing the patch, do not double click on the icon to run it.
Instead, right click and choose "Run as Administrator".
