Thank you

I am only day three on the CPAP machine. I am definitely motivated to get my apnea under control. Recently, as snoring got worse, I started to wake with brain fog, headaches and exhaustion which is preventing me from doing day to day activities. For the first time in my life, my blood pressure has gone up. I am thrilled that I can have access to my data. Regardless how good the doctor is, she has many patients to monitor. I have only my numbers to monitor and as I learn more about this condition I am sure that I will be able to do a good job keeping track of how well the apnea is being controlled. I am thankful for this site

The people here are incredible.

I've been compliant for 15 years or so, but have so much to learn. No fun when your sleep doc treats you like a mushroom...keeps you in the dark and feeds you s--t.

Welcome!

It has been life changing-improving for me. And it can only get better as I learn more.

Best

We must have the same doc......mine asks me if we should increase my pressure! Nuts......this forum has been invaluable to me for info and a laugh now and then

Thanks for your response. My doctor is happy as long as I fog a mirror, so he can continue billing. He did advise me to lose weight. When I did he acknowledged it...but as far as determining quality of treatment, he's not interested. Just have to have the cpap turned on ...
