I have a ResMed VPAP III with Spontaneous mode for sale. Unit is in excellent condition and has 189 hours. No humidifier is included. PM me with an offer.

It would probably get you more attention if you threw a price expectation along with "Best offer" in your OP so folks would have an idea what price range you are looking to get for your machine.
