I have not been on the forum for sometime as my sleep, after trial and error and advise from the good members here, was going well. A year ago I was eligible for a new machine but put it off until I was satisfied medicare would take care of a new machine. At the same time I talked with a local DME, Respricare, which was not my original DME. They assured me that they would get me an Auto PAP. Off I go to the sleep Dr., medicare wanted a new Rx. Meet with the PA for my sleep Dr., though reluctant to do so, he wrote the Rx like I had learned here at CPAP Talk. Next day I received a call from Repricare and they told me my new CPAP was ordered I question them and was assured the S9 Autoset was ordered. Five days later got another call from Respricare that machine was in, again I asked about the machine being the Autoset and advised that if it was not I was not taking the machine, again I was assured it was the Autoset, I then told the tech I'll be right there. Tech was up front with me and said I know nothing about the machine but I did get it set to you Dr.'s Rx. I said thanks I will take care of it from here.
Wah Hoo I finally have an auto, humidifier with climate control hose, and thanks to Uncle Bob the updated SW, and reading back through previous threads have machine set to my liking.
Last night for the first time in 6 years with a full nights sleep I had 0 AHI. Sleeping good in E. Central IL
Thanks everyone for all that I have learned here. Maybe I will be spending more time here, well this winter if it snows, as I still have more miles to travel on my MC.

That is about as good as it gets. Congrats on the excellent results.
