ResStar 60 Series and EncorePro 2.4

Post by ChrisSaw » Mon Jul 30, 2012 3:41 pm

Need a new machine, provider wrote so narrowly there's only one Respronics machine that works (auto, of course, even though I'm just fine with a plain ol' ancient C-Flex machine). The only software I have is EncorePro 2.4, and haven't installed that yet (ancient current machine doesn't have an SD card) - anyone know if the 60 Series data can be read by EncorePro 2.4, or will I need to find an older System One auto machine with the inferior internal firmware?

The 60 series of machines won't work with Encore Pro 2.4. Need Pro 2.8 or higher or EncoreBasic.

Send me a private message if you get a 60 series machine and I will give you information on how to get it.

I just got a Respironics RemStar DS560 and found out I can't get software for it.
Years ago I had the DOS version of Encore.
Last machine was an AutoSet & my Doc wrote an RX so I could get the software.
My DME had the Rep for KS on the phone & they are saying Respironics will not release the EncorePro to a patient.
Also need a Windows7 version.

Can anyone help?
Thanks.

You can use SleepyHead free software. Links in my signature line.

Thanks! I will try that. Why do these Mfgrs not want to sell the software anymore?

Respironics will still sell a version of their software to patients.

You didn't talk to the right person....
Before spending a bunch of money....send me a private message (you will need to register here at the forum) for additional information on finding Encore.
