xPAP and Men

Post by the_nap_ster » Thu Jul 26, 2012 4:00 pm

I am going to try to say this as delicately as I can.

Even though Mr. Napster and I are newlyweds, we have been together for many years. And the Mr. is young and healthy. There have never been any problems with the physical expressions of intimacy (if you know what I mean). Things were, in fact, great.

But recently, things have changed. A lot. Making those expressions of intimacy, ahem, even better. The only thing that's changed is that the Mr. has now been on XPAP therapy for about six months, and the effect on his biology is rather... staggering.

So, to the men who use their XPAPs religiously, even during the rough times: your romantic partners thank you. Because my goodness, there are some fringe benefits.

Too funny.

I am still waiting for the female equivalent. It's not fair that you guys get to have all the fun. Wake up with Mr Woody and all that.
Where are the drug companies when we need them? You know the little blue pill was developed by men for men (baldness remember) ...we women have been totally left in the dust.

My wife wasn't initially turned on by the XPAP machine and its noise, the tubes of Lansinol, the hoses hanging out to dry or the nasal pillows soaking in a soapy bowl... but now she sez the thirty minutes we spend alone behind closed doors makes it all worthwhile. Draw what conclusion you will - and I'm certain you will!

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

Viagra and baldness? It was developed for treating problems with vascular dialation. I had a ten year old from one of my churches taking it - his insurance company went bonkers when they first got the bill!

Yeah, the vascular dilation may have been an attempt to increase blood flow to the scalp to help with baldness. I think they were trying everything for baldness. Once Mr Woody showed up the game plan changed. They knew they had a gold mine then.
At least this was what the doctor that I worked with told me when Viagra was first marketed for ED.
He told me that us women could either blame or praise the bald headed men in the study for paving the way.
