My husband got one for me several years ago at Walmart. In a pinch you can make your own if you set a radio so it does not pick up a station--you get static. Problem is that sometimes during the night you may pick up a station at times.

You can google "white noise machine" and go from there.

Instead of a white noise machine, you can also use a regular box fan turned on high, or, in my case, I have an air purifier that makes a nice steady noise. I started this habit way before CPap when I use to work nights and have to sleep during the day. I can't understand how it would bother a light sleeper, because that is the exact reason to have one. I was a light sleeper and with the steady noise, I never heard a thing. The whole house could have fell in.

Now, many years later, I still can't sleep without the noise. I never hear my Cpap, no matter which interface I use.
