Hi everybody,
I have been using my CPAP for three months. I am compliant to therapy, but every morning I find signs of the mask on my forehead and near my nose, so I loosen my mask a bit.
AHIs are generally zero now (with very few exceptions, like the one you can see below) but I am not sure my therapy is really effective because leakage seems to be quite high.
What do you think about it?

I don't know what leak value your machine reports...nor where it says that it can't deal with leaks.
Your median leak number appears to be near your mask vent rate...so I would suspect that your machine reports total leak which is vent rate plus any excess leak. If that is the case then the leaks don't appear excessive.
For some reason the 2 reports showing minimal to none L/min leaks are also only reporting minimal (1.0) pressure in that one segment.
I am not familiar with your machine at all though. If the reported leak rate is total leak then I doubt that leaks are much of an issue unless they are disturbing your sleep. If you aren't feeling the good numbers then perhaps you need to investigate into the many other things that contribute to how we feel the next day. Great numbers don't guarantee great feelings, unfortunately. Hours of sleep, fragmented sleep, meds, health issues, bed comfort...just a few of the things that can mess with how we feel the next day.
Probably should talk to your doctor about it.

Note that the last slide has a vertical gray line. I'm interpreting that as those readings are the instantaneous values at the "cursor" location.

That is what I thought...sort of like zooming in on an individual event time frame using Sleepyhead.
I only mentioned it because it shows a minimal leak value and someone might think that the minimal number is how it should be all the time..and think that 30 to 40 L/min number means an excessive leak and jump right into panic mode and do all sorts of stuff to try to fix a leak that doesn't need fixing.

Yes, the vertical gray line shows instantaneous values. I managed to keep the cursor out of the graphic in the first and the second picture, but it appeared in the third one.
My sleep is generally good and I usually feel great during the day; when I wear my mask I do not sense any air going out towards my eyes or my mouth.
I read in the manual of the mask that accettable leak is from 20 to 40 l/min, but my leakage is usuallly nearer to 40 than to 20. Also I read in this forum that low AHI numbers may be wrong, caused by high leakage, so I worried a bit. Now I am more confortable, thanks to you.
But sure, I will definitely talk with my doctor about this.

Zuppi, in the Tidal Volume graphs, those spikes above 500 ML indicate that your leaks are still excessive.

There is no way to measure mask leak from tidal volume.
Tidal volume is a lung statistic that will vary because of numerous factors.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lung_volumes
Is that red dotted line on the software reports large leak territory?
Your machine and software are not something we see around here. If you are concerned about leak..don't try to compare your numbers with mine or anyone else's until you know exactly how leaks are reported by your machine and your software and where large leak territory is.
You cannot compare our leak numbers to yours...apples and oranges.

Zuppi, normal human beings have Tidal Volumes (TV) of around half a liter (500 milliliters) during normal respiration. If you see a graph showing a TV of 1,500 milliliters, as in your graphs, then to where has the extra air gone?
My 11 years old granddaughter knows the answer.

Tidal volume is just tidal volume and there is a large variable...very large normal variable.
Here is a recent night where I actually had a really good leak line. Remember my machine here is reporting only excess leak...the machine subtracts vent rate prior to reporting. I had minimal to near none excess leak and my tidal volume is all over the palce.

Let me work on my Tidal Volumes in SH.

It's still in process. I want to compare the SleepyHead graphs to ResScan graphs.
I had vibrations in my nasal mask on that night. Zuppi has a similar mask to my but by Respironics.
