All these studies are making me depressed!

Post by lloydjason » Tue May 22, 2012 2:29 pm

Not sure if it's because I'm newly diagnosed, but it seems like every friggin day a new study comes out linking sleep apnea to a medical issue. Hypertension, increased cancer risk and depression. Has it always been like this, or are doctors now becoming more aware of the issue and are doing more research into OSA?

I think the list of ailments sleep apnea can contribute to is extensive but the cancer connection is new. I'm glad to have the therapy. Aren't you? Holy cow, what a blessing!
