The "production" of getting ready for bed
Re: The "production" of getting ready for bed
I'm right there with JohnBFisher and Pugsey, sometimes less is more, remove makeup with cold cream and warm wash cloth, brush teeth, slide in to the bed, grab the Aloha off the iron bedpost and I'm in Zzzzzzzzz land in less than 10 minutes. Oh yeah, I top off the humidifier too.

Ohhhh yeah... Definitely a production. Although I can't blame it all on CPAP, as some of what I have to do is eyelid cleaning, hot compresses on eyes, eye drops, etc. But there is plenty of PAP related stuff. I do some of the stuff earlier in the evening, otherwise I find that the huge production when I'm tired makes me stay up too late because I'm too tired to do all that stuff (I know, stupid), but there is always stuff to do.
