Quick advice

Post by Guest » Fri Aug 19, 2005 4:27 am

Barnaby,

1) What cms are you on ?? - are you on AUTO ??

2) If over 13 drop it by 2 asap

3) report back if the mask kept leaking as before.

Without knowing what cms you are on we are flying blind in offering advice. But try 2 & 3 & let me know if this helps out - THEN we can move forward.

Cheers

Machine: REMstar Auto C-Flex CPAP, REMstar Heated Humidifier
Mask: Mirage Swift Nasal Pillows System
Humidifier: HumidAire 2i Heated Humidifier

Barnaby,

The above doesn't actually make sense. Can you correct either the humidifier or the cpap.

Am guessing you clicked the wrong combo

Also what CFLEX setting - it all is important in us being able to provide realistic help

Cheers

As RG said, even with a FF Mask you can get mouth dryness. I only get it when congested real bad. More moisture helps, but keeping your mouth shut is the problem, but we have to breath, at least with a FF Mask you get useful treatment and that's what it's all about.
