Unfortunately, while there's a plethora of people here who will ream you for even contemplating ever sleeping a wink without CPAP, there's a paucity of people here who will ream you for stuffing your face with food that will take months of deprivation to get off your hips. So... (rolling up sleeves)... KNOCK IT OFF! Yes, you're going through a very stressful time, but you paid good money to therapists to help you get to the bottom of your emotional eating, so use what you learned to get yourself back on track! It's not going to make you feel more in control of your life to witness yourself out of control in your eating.
Crap. I just can't get enthusiastic about this. My heart just isn't into this half-assed 2x4 approach. I have enough problems with guilt without feeling guilty for beating you up. As for me, I'm going to eat some celery or something because I have to look good in a bathing suit in 3 weeks.
