I'm a newbie. The gear I have is listed below.
I'm afraid that if I'm not utilizing the "correct" breathing method, I won't be getting the full benefits.
I wear a full face mask. Should I be:
Nose Breathing Only?
Mouth Breathing Only?
Both Nose & Mouth Breathing?
Whatever feels most comfortable?

I think it is best to breathe through your nose. Start the night off like that, and then let things fall where they will.

Belly Breathing!
I think "Belly Breathing" is important. I don't know where we learned to "suck our gut in" and breathe in our chest. Maybe it was SGT Carter and Gomer Pyle!
It doesn't work. It's made a big difference for me. Give it a try.
