You might want to consider creating and using a photobucket.com account/album for this instead.

Are you not able to see the images NateS? They should be visible now. If their not, PM your IP address to me and I'll see if it's being blocked. I do block a substantial number of subnets but that can always be adjusted.

I appreciate the tip but I am a rather private person so I have never had the desire to host anything outside my own network. I have run my own web servers for over ten years. Occasionally something disrupts the flow such as Sunday mornings update to my Router/Firewall. First it blocked MY access through the domain name, I fixed that but didn't realize that my attempt had then blocked all external access until Pugly said something. I checked it through a proxy after making some NAT/Firewall changes and it does seem to be working fine now.

No, I can see them okay. Just thought I would suggest that. Photobucket also allows you to blank out your name and id info on the graphics if that was a concern to you.

OK, Thanks for the reply letting me know you can see them. PhotoBucket is a nice idea but I have an aversion to anything having to do with cloud computing including PhotoBucket, Amazon, Facebook and so on. IMO there is absolutely no way for them to secure data that is stored on multiple computer all over the world. That's how peoples Facebook data keeps "leaking" out to the public.

Yes, you are right about that!

Unfortunately not. I was hoping CPAP therapy would help and perhaps it has a little, but not a lot. I had a test for RA but that was negative. Just last week my doctor recommended I see a specialist.

Additional Comments: Pressure is 11-14. Old CPAP was a Resmed S6 Lightweight. Also have Profile lite mask. ResScan is actually version 3.14. Now I use Sleepyhead.

Last summer I had a terrible problem with joint pain. Sometimes I could hardly get out of a chair let alone walk. I went to the Doc and they did a test called CRP Inflammation. The normal result should be 0.0-8.0, Mine was at 47.3. The test is very general in nature so it doesn't indicate where the problem is, just that there is inflammation in the body somewhere. They did a lot of tests and even sent me to see a Rumatologist but the appointment was 2 months out. By the time I got there the CRP Inflammation value was down to 12.something so he said he couldn't draw any conclusions as to the nature of the problem. All they could do was keep give me Ibuprofen and narcotic pain pills which I won't take. It was a pretty miserable summer. If it happens again this year, I'm going to go to the VA ER and tell them I'm not leaving until they find the source.

Good Morning everyone.

It's not spring yet. Over the last 18 hours we got drizzle, rain, freezing rain and 4 inches of snow. It makes me wonder why we never migrated south when we were younger. Now we have too stay here because this is where our children and grandchildren are.

Well, I made an adjustment and tried my machine again last night. I reduced the pressure from 10 to 9 in hopes of trying to reduce the number of CA's. I wasn't able to get enough air using my Quattro so I put on my Swift LT nasal pillow mask. I only made 2.5 hours and then I think my machine screwed up. At about midnight, it went down to 6 and stayed there. We had some power flickers last night. I don't know if that caused a problem with the machine or not.

By looking at the start of the night the pressure started at 6 like it's supposed too and by the leak rate, it looks like I was doing some mouth breathing until it ramped up to 7. Then the leak rate stabilized somewhat until midnight when the pressure went back to 6. The leak rate also went down which I guess I would expect but the pressure never went back up again. I wasn't getting enough air so I took it off.

What I have done now is set the start up pressure at 7 and the max pressure at 9. It's still in APAP mode. We'll see how that does tonight with the Quattro mask. In thinking back, I don't think I have ever made a whole night with the nasal pillow mask. I think I just need to get more air flow at the beginning so I feel comfortable at the start of the night.

From time to time, I have the same problem. Hip and foot pain so bad that I do not want to get up out of my chair. I have found that orthodic shoe inserts relieve the pain. There is a Dr. Scholls machine at WalMart that analyzes your foot shape and pressure points and recommends which insert to use. The inserts cost about $50, but the relief from pain is almost immediate and priceless.

Thank you very much for advice. IT WORKED!

After 2 years of constant sneezing, runny nose and as a result -- failures using the cpap machine -- last nite --- thanks to your post those symptoms are gone...

What worked was switching to steam distillation water from Target Stores, new filter and placing the unit below the level of my head.

Thank you immensely.
