And that floor of 10cm may well have been the problem with the APAP. If you need 14cm much of the time, then a floor of 10 is likely too low for a comfortable and effective APAP range.FeelingBetter wrote:Nightmonkey,
My apap pressures were a floor of 10 and a Max of 18. With this my nightly AHIs were running about 14-18. Now with a pressure of 14, my AHIs are a little better then on the apap but no where near where it needs to be.

What were your 90% or 95% readings when using the APAP range?
How was the 14cm for straight CPAP determined? A titration study perhaps?
If your titrated pressure is at 14, if you can tolerate 14cm, and if you're still not getting the AHIs you need, then it may be that you need an APAP range of something like 14-18 or 13-18 instead of 10-18.
