The Remstar Plus machine shown in your profile does NOT offer any useful data so there is no need to look. It offers hours of use only. At best offers an overall 7 and 30 days average of hours of use past 4 hours each night.

Do you have any money at all to possibly get a full data machine if we could find one that was used but offered data and fairly cheap?

Working with what you have...
Question for you...you show the passover humidifier in your profile..are you sure it is a passover humidifier or is it a heated humidifier? Are you having any nasal discomfort problems...dryness, runny nose, congestion?
Are you totally comfortable with your mask? Have you tried a different mask? Do you want to try a different mask?

How about some sort of over your head thing to put on over the mask headgear to make it harder to remove the mask in your sleep?

Are you taking any meds at bedtime?

I would be ripping off a mask set at a pressure of 6 too. Glad you are getting some help here. Hang in there. It will work eventually.

Could maybe find some.

It's a passover humidifier, and I don't have many nose problems from it. I am pretty comfortable with my mask too.

Asthma meds and allergy pill at bedtime.

How about one of those bandana things that motorcycle riders wear?
Skull cap or do rag things?
Wonder if having one of those over your mask's headgear would make it more difficult to remove during the night?

I will keep my eye out for a full data machine that won't break the bank.

I have a full data machine but it is older technology and by the time we add the card reader needed...one can just about be buying a used newer technology machine.

Do you have a RX from a physician in your possession for perhaps an online purchase?
Secondwindcpap.com has some used machines but they require RX.

If we could find you a PR System One Remstar Pro CPAP or higher model you could have the latest technology and full data. The Respironics machines will be less expensive than the ResMed S9 machines and they are just as effective.

I agree with Elle. Maybe you should up the pressure ? Pressure at 6 is awfully low. Don't think I could stand it.
