Nope. CSR is a type of Periodic Breathing, but other breathing patterns exist that are also type of periodic breathing.

That's because the machines don't differentiate between PB and CSR and other types of periodic breathing patterns. Limitation of the detection. They are not in fact the same thing. Periodic Breathing (PB) is the superset. CSR is a subset of the superset.

Probably not. In your shoes I would mention it to my primary care physician, especially if you have other risk factors for heart problems. But remember, most doctors won't worry about this until it occurs a LOT during the night.

However, if you continue to have poor sleep with this, it might be time to ask if there is another therapy that will better help address this as well.

I'm talking about the first chart of your PB/CSR listing for the 2.5 weeks.

I don't have Word on this computer.
Just Word Pad.
Years ago I had a tiny bit of experience in Word and Word Perfect but it has been so long I have totally forgot what little I learned.
Not a big deal. I have no real need for it.

Get LibreOffice or OpenOffice. Very good free, open source software. Reasonably comparable to MS word, office, etc. You can open or save files in word format. It even generates PDF files directly without Acrobat.

I actually have had OpenOffice in the past. Went to all the trouble to get it (slow download speed and mega sized software) and never needed to use it. So with this new computer I just haven't bothered.
I don't miss Word or MS Office at all. Pretty much use notepad for my general composing and saving my cheat sheets. I have no need to generate pdf files at all. For reading of the pdf manuals I just let Adobe do it. I used to use Foxit Reader (I think that was the name) for reading pdf files because I hated the annoying pop up that Adobe Acrobat would give me to "update" things all the time when I only needed to read a pdf document anyway. Since new computer came with Adobe this time I just let it alone and ignore the update things until I am in the mood to allow them.
