Help using SmartLink program with Intelipap

Help using SmartLink program with Intelipap

I just received the SmartLink software and module for my Intelipap Auto. The software loaded; I was able to input my basic information; I connected the module to my Intelipap; and, using the direct cable, I imported the machine data. It tells me that the data imported but I have been unable to view it. Help? Did I do something wrong? I have searched through the help manual and am unable to find any helpful troubleshooting information. I sure would appreciate any feedback from anyone who uses SmartLink.

Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.
